Just a bit of an update on the story about Heinz pulling a fairly tame ad that included two men kissing briefly. It seems as though a lot of momentum is building here and if you can lend some more weight to that movement then please do so!
With over 10,000 signatures on a petition asking for the ad to be reinstated, and a group on facebook aiming to boycott Heinz over their intolerant stance it is clear many more people are motiviated to complain about the ad being taken off the air than bigots were to get it shelved.
Stephen on his journal also goes in to an interesting look at Heinz's core values and sees just how much they stand up against the latest episode. It's pretty damn clear that Heinz have really stuck their foot in it here and their sloth like impetus to get out of it is extremely concerning.
If you want to complain to Heinz there are various ways in which you can do so, either online (but don't expect a response, I haven't got one yet), or by calling them on 0800 528 5757.

So what the hell is going on, Labour are slumping in the polls and yet those most naturally in their shadow able to take their place (the Lib Dems) are failing to capitalise in the polls. And even though the Tories are enjoying high times so much they must think it's the 80's all over again (in more ways than one) they have failed to deliver one serious or credible attack against the government that would show them to be the true heir's to the throne.
